Carnobacterium divergens LV13, originally isolated from meat, is known to produce the bacteriocin divergicin A and is commonly used as an indicator organism for bacteriocin assays. Recently, it shown that this strain can be infected by bacteriophage cd2, which also targets several other strains of C. divergens. For the purposes of this study, we sequenced the genome of LV13 and performed a phylogenetic analysis on a series of phage-sensitive and phage-resistant C. divergens isolates.分歧肉杆菌LV13（Carnobacterium divergens LV13）最初分离自肉类样品，已知其可合成细菌素分歧菌素A（divergicin A），常被用作细菌素检测实验的指示菌株。近期研究表明，该菌株可被噬菌体cd2（bacteriophage cd2）感染，该噬菌体同时靶向分歧肉杆菌的其他多个菌株。本研究中，我们对LV13的基因组进行了测序，并针对一系列噬菌体敏感与噬菌体耐受的分歧肉杆菌分离株开展了系统发育分析。
