Adipose gene expression profiles in different cattle breeds.. Cattle Adipose RNA-Seq

The transcriptome landscape of four adipose tissues was used in this study to investigate the effect of the environment on the gene expression profiles of three local breeds, Yakutian cattle (Sakha Republic), Northern Finncattle (Finland), Mirandesa cattle (Portugal) and commercial Holstein cattle.本研究利用四种脂肪组织的转录组全景图（transcriptome landscape），探究环境对三个地方品种及商业饲养荷斯坦奶牛的基因表达谱的影响，所涉及的牛品种包括雅库特牛（萨哈共和国）、北部芬兰牛（芬兰）、米兰德萨牛（葡萄牙）以及商业荷斯坦奶牛。
