Antibiotic-responsive microbial transcriptomes

RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.针对常见细菌性致病菌在多种抗生素存在与缺失条件下开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）实验。选取2株敏感分离株与2株耐药分离株，于实验室培养体系中施加抗生素处理；分别在含抗生素与不含抗生素的培养体系中，于多个时间点提取总RNA，并构建cDNA文库以用于Illumina测序。
