The study was conducted in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 12571 standard. Automated techniques employing moisture-generating devices, such as Dynamic Vapor Sorption (DVS), offer an alternative to traditional methods for determining sorption isotherms. The automated DVS method utilizes instrumentation capable of precisely controlling and generating air humidity.Equilibrium time was determined by continuously monitoring the specimen’s mass change over time (dm/dt). When the rate of mass change approached zero, the instrument automatically advanced to the subsequent relative humidity level. Testing was performed at a constant air temperature of 20°C, with relative humidity varied incrementally from 0% to 97% in approximately 10% steps. At each step, once the rate of mass change fell below 0.0005% per minute, the system adjusted the humidity to the next level.Prior to testing, all specimens were dried to constant mass at 70°C. For each composite group, one representative specimen was selected to characterize that group.  The data are provided in an .xlsx file. 本研究严格遵循PN-EN ISO 12571标准开展。采用动态蒸汽吸附(Dynamic Vapor Sorption, DVS)这类配备湿度发生装置的自动化技术,可作为传统吸附等温线测定方法的替代方案。自动化DVS测试方法依托可精准调控并生成空气湿度的仪器完成,通过持续监测试样的质量随时间的变化率(dm/dt)确定平衡时间:当质量变化速率趋近于零时,仪器将自动切换至下一相对湿度档位。本次测试在恒定空气温度20℃的条件下开展,相对湿度以约10%的步长从0%逐步递增至97%。每一档位中,当质量变化速率降至每分钟0.0005%以下时,系统将自动调整湿度至下一档位。测试前,所有试样均在70℃下烘干至质量恒定;针对每一组复合材料试样,选取1件代表性试样以表征该组的特性。 本研究数据以.xlsx格式文件提供,各对应文件中包含了数据的详细说明。
