Gut Microbiome of Wild Nestlings

This project collected a total of 58 fecal samples from three species of wild nestlings in the Ailao Mountain region, spanning from hatching to fledging. The three bird species are Eumyias thalassina (ET), Niltava sundara (NS), and Seicercus valentini (SV).

本项目共收集了哀牢山地区三种野生雏鸟的58份粪便样本，采样覆盖了从雏鸟破壳至离巢的完整发育周期。这三种鸟类分别为铜蓝鹟（Eumyias thalassina，ET）、棕腹蓝仙鹟（Niltava sundara，NS）以及冕纹柳莺（Seicercus valentini，SV）。
