Hybrid capture of museum arthropod specimen DNA using PCR-generated baits

Cost-efficient utilization of in-house generated DNA baits to capture commonly utilized mitochondrial and ribosomal DNA loci from insect museum specimens of various age and preservation types. Both shallow (within species) and deeper (cross-species) capture is explored, on preserved specimens ranging in age from one to 54 years old.本研究采用实验室自主合成的DNA诱饵（DNA baits），以成本效益最优的方式，从不同保存年限与保存类型的昆虫馆藏标本中捕获常用的线粒体DNA与核糖体DNA基因座。针对保存年限为1至54年的馆藏标本，本研究同时探索了浅层（物种内）与深层（跨物种）两类捕获方案。
