Genomic instability plays an important role in human cancers. We previously characterized genomic instability in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas (ESCC) in terms of loss of heterozygosity (LOH) and copy number (CN) changes in tumors. 基因组不稳定性在人类癌症中具有重要作用。本团队此前曾基于肿瘤的杂合性缺失(loss of heterozygosity, LOH)与拷贝数(copy number, CN)改变,对食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinomas, ESCC)的基因组不稳定性进行了表征。本研究聚焦于双等位基因缺失及其与食管鳞状细胞癌中mRNA、miRNA表达的关联,分析依托中国某高发地区30例样本的500K单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP)、mRNA及miRNA芯片检测结果完成,共包含30例配对的肿瘤组织与正常组织。
