MLKL promotes hepatocarcinogenesis through inhibition of AMPK-mediated autophagy

Primary hepatocytes were isolated from MLKL hepatocyte-specific knockout and control tumors. Total RNA was extracted, and library construction, RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were performed.本研究从MLKL肝细胞特异性敲除组及对照组肿瘤组织中分离原代肝细胞，提取总RNA，随后开展文库构建、RNA测序及生物信息学分析。
