Skin transcriptome of Gansu alpine fine-wool sheep Transcriptome

In this study, we used transcriptomics to comprehensively analyse and identify microRNAs, target genes of miRNAs, pathways and Gene Ontology terms associated with wool fineness regulation and wool growth and development in Gansu alpine fine wool sheep with different wool finenesses, including coarse and finetwo different wool fibre diameters of Gansu alpine fine wool sheep.本研究采用转录组学（transcriptomics）技术，针对羊毛细度存在差异的甘肃高山细毛羊，全面分析并鉴定与羊毛细度调控、羊毛生长发育相关的微小RNA（microRNAs, miRNAs）、miRNA靶基因、信号通路及基因本体（Gene Ontology, GO）条目；本次研究涵盖了具有粗毛与细毛两种不同羊毛纤维直径的甘肃高山细毛羊。
