CRISPR targeting and spacer acquisition in M. mediterranea mutants, and associated environmental investigations. Marinomonas mediterranea

CRISPR spacer acquisition characteristics of several M. mediterranea mutants were interrogated. In addition, novel strains of M. mediterranea and novel Marinomonas phages were isolated from Mediterranean seagrass meadows and sequenced. Type III CRISPR targeting characteristics were also investigated in the MMB-1 strain by high-throughput sequencing.

本研究对多株地中海海单胞菌（M. mediterranea）突变株的成簇规律间隔短回文重复序列 (CRISPR) 间隔序列获取特征进行了探究。此外，研究人员从地中海海草床中分离得到新型地中海海单胞菌菌株与新型海单胞菌噬菌体，并对其完成了测序。同时，本研究还通过高通量测序技术，解析了MMB-1菌株的III型CRISPR靶向特征。
