Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Informational perimeters of the Orgeix land use plan

The informational perimeters of the land use plan (POS) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the geographical information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes:
— the information required to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code;
— information reported on graphical documents for information purposes.
In this dataset you will find information on TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the POS graphic documents.

本数据集内的土地使用规划（Plan d'Occupation des Sols，缩写POS）信息边界已依据法国国家地理信息委员会（CNIG）的国家规范完成数字化处理。此类边界涵盖两类为合规或信息公示需求新增的地理信息：
— 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条要求，需附随于规划文件的相关信息；
— 为信息公示目的，标注于图形文档中的各类信息。
若相关类别信息出现在POS图形文档中，本数据集将收录04类（城市优先购买权范围）与05类（延迟开发区）的对应内容。
