Canonical and biological pathways identified by IPA in the E18 vs. E20 contrast. The AR-DEGs from the E18 vs. E20 contrast were assigned by IPA to overrepresented canonical and functional pathways. IPA uses Fisher’s Exact Test to determine probability (P ≤ 0.05) of each AR-DEG belonging to a particular canonical pathway or biological function.
