The AT-hook DNA binding protein, TashAT2 of Theileria annulata acts as an analogue of mammalian HMGA to tune the BoMac cell transcriptome

In this study TashAT2 was transfected into BoMAc cells to generate three expressing and three control (opposite orientation/non expressing) cell lines. RNA seq was then conducted and identified differentially expressed genes.

本研究中将TashAT2转染至BoMAc细胞中，构建得到3株阳性表达细胞系与3株对照细胞系（对照细胞系采用反向插入/无表达的构建方式）。随后开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)，并鉴定出差异表达基因。
