Pre-curation sequences. A fasta file containing the initial set of nucleotide sequences that was filtered through selection of robust clades and other steps (see methods and legend for File S4 above) to produce File S5. These are identified as coding regions and do not contain UTRs.预整理序列集。该FASTA格式文件（FASTA）包含初始核苷酸序列集合，该集合通过筛选稳健进化枝及其他相关步骤（详见上文文件S4的方法与图例说明）得到，最终用于生成文件S5。这些序列均被鉴定为编码区，且不含非翻译区（Untranslated Regions，UTRs）。
