Code and supporting data for our paper "Analysis of the response of prostate cancer to ultra-hypofractionated high-dose-rate brachytherapy: the role of hypoxia and reoxygenation". The code is written in Matlab (.m files). The supporting data for the figures and tables is also in Matlab format (.mat files).本论文配套的代码与支撑数据源自题为《前列腺癌超超大分割高剂量率近距离放射治疗应答分析：缺氧与再氧合的作用》的研究。所用代码采用Matlab语言编写，文件扩展名为.m。用于生成论文图表与表格的支撑数据同样采用Matlab格式，文件扩展名为.mat。
