Host Genotyping Data (microsattelite genotypes)

This file contains the raw data files for both the full genotyping dataset (including individuals with 3rd alleles) as well as a STRUCTURE input file that is a subset of the data containing only those individuals with diploid genotypes at all loci as described in the paper. The R command files are for completing ploidy modeling as described in supplementary file S1.

本文件包含两类原始数据文件：其一为完整基因分型数据集（涵盖携带第三等位基因的个体）；其二为该数据集的子集文件——STRUCTURE软件输入文件，该子集仅包含论文中所述的、所有基因座均为二倍体基因型的个体。本文件附带的R命令脚本文件，用于完成补充材料S1中所述的倍性建模工作。
