Clever-1 controls site-specific interactions between vasculature and lymphocytes in mouse and human spleen

The goal of this study is to compare gene expression differences between WT and Stab1-/- spleen endothelial cells for the identification of biological processes regulated by Stab1 expression. Overall design: Transcriptome profiles of spleen endothelial cells of wild type (WT) and stab1-/- mice were generated by NGS, in triplicate, using Illumina Hiseq3000本研究旨在比较野生型（Wild Type, WT）与Stab1-/-小鼠脾脏内皮细胞的基因表达差异，以鉴定受Stab1表达调控的生物学过程。实验设计概述：针对野生型（WT）及Stab1-/-小鼠的脾脏内皮细胞，采用Illumina HiSeq 3000测序平台开展下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS），每组设置三次生物学重复，以此获取其转录组谱。
