Whole-genome sequencing of multidrug-resistant high-risk clonal Escherichia coli lineages isolated from the Baltic Sea amidst different antimicrobial selection pressures

The genome sequences of the Escherichia coli isolates were obtained using Illumina sequencing by synthesis technology. They were additionally sequenced using ONT's nanopore sequencing.
