Microbiome analysis of Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes in hydrocarbon contaminated soil treated with phytoremediation, Dec 19 '23

The goal of this project was to analyse changes in the microbial community over three time points (weeks 0, 3 and 14) as the soil was subject to phytoremediation using several plant species: Lolium perenne, Sinapis alba and Cichorium intybus.

本研究旨在分析土壤采用多种植物进行植物修复（phytoremediation）时，微生物群落（microbial community）在3个时间点（第0、3、14周）的变化情况，所使用的植物物种包括黑麦草（Lolium perenne）、白芥（Sinapis alba）以及菊苣（Cichorium intybus）。
