Analysis of gene changes in different genes modulation in MSCs and compared to primary human osteosarcoma cells Total RNA isolated from human parental MSCs and from MSCs siRB, OeMyc, SiRb-OeMyc and primary human osteosarcoma cells本数据集针对间充质干细胞（Mesenchymal Stem Cells, MSCs）中不同基因调控模式下的基因变化进行分析，并与原代人骨肉瘤细胞进行对照。实验所用总RNA提取自人源亲本间充质干细胞、siRB处理间充质干细胞、OeMyc处理间充质干细胞、SiRb-OeMyc处理间充质干细胞以及原代人骨肉瘤细胞。
