SLiMIA (Spheroid Light Microscope Image Atlas) provides light microscopy images (and manual segmentations/ground truths) of spheroids from 50 cell lines, 9 culture media, 4 formation methods and multiple seeding densities.This folder contains specifically the images obtained with an Axiovert 200 light microscope.SLiMIA（Spheroid Light Microscope Image Atlas）数据集提供了来自50种细胞系、9种培养基、4种球体构建方法及多种接种密度的球体光学显微镜图像（及配套的手动分割标注与基准真值（ground truths））。本文件夹仅收录使用Axiovert 200光学显微镜获取的图像。
