本研究对健康受试者与弥漫性皮肤型系统性硬皮病(diffuse cutaneous scleroderma)患者皮肤活检分离得到的内皮细胞(endothelial cells)及成纤维细胞(fibroblasts),进行了全基因组染色质可及性(genome-wide chromatin accessibility)检测与转录因子足迹分析(transcription factor footprinting)。实验整体设计:针对健康对照及弥漫性皮肤型系统性硬皮病患者的内皮细胞与成纤维细胞开展ATAC-seq分析。
