The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the educational system. It is a key factor that contributes to rapid educational change since the government declared that all schools in the country would be closed. So teachers and students must adapt to new learning environments that is an online platform. An exploratory research design and reliability test was utilized to examine various categories of factors and variables factors of smartphone characteristics improving online study efficiency in COVID-19 situation. The data collected through questionnaire survey with a sample of 405 respondents from current students and fresh graduates. The findings suggest that there are four categories of factors determine smartphone features that support online study: Specifications, Network, Distinct features, and Battery. It was found that factor loading of Network factor was the most essential one when studying online, especially in regards to the ability to download applications. All the items under each factor categories are having a good strength as all variables could be achieve in each element of the study.
新冠疫情(COVID-19 pandemic)对该国教育体系造成了显著冲击。该国政府宣布全国学校停课之后,疫情随即成为推动教育领域快速变革的关键因素。为此,教师与学生必须适配全新的线上学习平台环境。本研究采用探索性研究设计与信度检验方法,对新冠疫情背景下提升在线学习效率的智能手机特性相关各类影响因素与变量展开探析。本研究通过问卷调查收集数据,有效样本涵盖405名在校学生与应届毕业生。研究结果表明,支撑在线学习的智能手机特性可划分为四大类别:配置规格、网络性能、特色功能与续航电池。研究发现,在在线学习场景中,网络性能维度的因子载荷最高,属于最为关键的影响因素,尤其体现在应用程序下载能力方面。各因子类别下的所有观测题项均具备良好的信度强度,本研究涉及的所有变量均能实现有效测量。
