OVA-induced allergic asthma in mice shares many similar features with human asthma. The peptidomimetic PD00 can significantly improve OVA-induced asthma symptoms in mice. However, the molecular mechanism by which it works is still unclear. The metabolic status of immune cells affects their functional status, so single-cell transcriptome sequencing was used to explore the effect of PD00 on immune cell subsets and their metabolic pathways in OVA-treated mouse lung tissue. 卵清蛋白(OVA)诱导的小鼠过敏性哮喘与人类哮喘存在诸多相似特征。肽模拟物(peptidomimetic)PD00可显著改善OVA诱导的小鼠哮喘症状。然而其发挥作用的分子机制仍未明确。免疫细胞的代谢状态会影响其功能状态,因此本研究采用单细胞转录组测序(single-cell transcriptome sequencing)技术,探究PD00对经OVA处理的小鼠肺组织中免疫细胞亚群及其代谢通路的影响。实验整体设计:小鼠肺组织来源的3份样本。
