Microhabitat Segregation raw data

Based on the distribution of target tadpoles, 1 kilometer of the middle segment of the Heilongjiang stream (103.3970°E, 29.5781°N), Qingyinge of Emei Mountain, Sichuan Province, China, was selected as the transect, in which was sampled after sunset (between 20:30 and 23:00) from 22th to 27th August, 2018. Each spot occupied by L. boringii and/or Q. boulengeri tadpoles was recorded as one quadrat. In each quadrat, a set of eight microhabitat environmental factors were measured based on previous studies and all the target tadpoles in the quadrat were recorded the numbers.本研究依据目标蝌蚪的分布格局，选取中国四川省峨眉山清音阁段黑龙江溪中段1公里河段作为调查样带，其地理坐标为103.3970°E，29.5781°N。该样带的采样工作于2018年8月22日至27日的日落时段（20:30至23:00）开展。将存在L. boringii和/或Q. boulengeri蝌蚪栖息的点位记为一个样方。在每个样方内，参考既往研究方法测定8项微生境环境因子，并统计样方内所有目标蝌蚪的数量。
