This project isolated four commensal bacterial strains (Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria) from healthy human feces using culturomics approaches. Through whole-genome sequencing and subsequent analysis, we aim to investigate strain-specific interaction mechanisms under various gut environmental conditions, providing a theoretical foundation for probiotic development and gut microbiome research.

本研究采用培养组学(culturomics)方法,从健康人类粪便样本中分离得到4株共生细菌菌株,分别隶属于拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)以及变形菌门(Proteobacteria)。本研究旨在通过全基因组测序(whole-genome sequencing)及后续分析,探究不同肠道环境条件下菌株特异性互作机制,为益生菌(probiotic)开发与肠道微生物组(gut microbiome)研究提供理论基础。
