Culture-based screening and whole-genome sequencing of commensal bacteria from healthy human feces

This project isolated four commensal bacterial strains (Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria) from healthy human feces using culturomics approaches. Through whole-genome sequencing and subsequent analysis, we aim to investigate strain-specific interaction mechanisms under various gut environmental conditions, providing a theoretical foundation for probiotic development and gut microbiome research.本研究采用培养组学（culturomics）方法，从健康人类粪便样本中分离得到4株共生细菌菌株，分别隶属于拟杆菌门（Bacteroidetes）、放线菌门（Actinobacteria）、厚壁菌门（Firmicutes）以及变形菌门（Proteobacteria）。本研究旨在通过全基因组测序（whole-genome sequencing）及后续分析，探究不同肠道环境条件下菌株特异性互作机制，为益生菌（probiotic）开发与肠道微生物组（gut microbiome）研究提供理论基础。
