Data and code to reproduce "Latitudinal specificity of plant-frugivore interactions"

This repository contains the data and code needed to reproduce the analyses in:

net.long.txt file contains the interaction data compiled by  Fricke, Evan C., and Jens-Christian Svenning. "Accelerating homogenization of the global plant–frugivore meta-network." <em>Nature</em> 585.7823 (2020): 74-78.

output.nex contains the frugivore phylogenies obtained from Jetz, Walter, et al. "The global diversity of birds in space and time." <em>Nature</em> 491.7424 (2012): 444-448.

AVONET_Raw_Data.csv has the bird functional data compiled by Tobias, Joseph A., et al. "AVONET: morphological, ecological and geographical data for all birds." <em>Ecology Letters</em> 25.3 (2022): 581-597.

CompleteData.RData has all the data used to run the analyses and plot the results presented in our manuscript
