Due to the increasingnumber of road accidents, thispathologyisexperiencing an increase in its incidence.Standard radiographyremains essential for diagnostic confirmation.Computedtomographyremainsreserved in most cases for the search for associatedlesions. Emergency management isnecessary to avoidirreversiblesequelae, includingnecrosis of the femoralhead.髋关节脱位（Hip dislocation）是指股骨头（femoral head）脱出髋臼（acetabulum）的永久性移位病变。随着道路交通事故数量的不断增加，该病症的发病率呈上升趋势。标准X线摄影（Standard radiography）仍是确诊该病症的核心检查手段，计算机断层扫描（Computed tomography）在多数情况下仅用于排查合并病变。临床需及时开展急诊处置，以避免出现包括股骨头坏死在内的不可逆后遗症（irreversible sequelae）。
