Transcriptomes of B cells from WT and <i>Rabggta</i>-deficient B cells-1

This dataset contains transcriptomic data of splenic B cells from mice with B cell-specific deletion of <i>Rabggta</i> and control mice. Both <i>Rabggta</i>-cKO mice and WT mice have 4 individuals each. All samples have been approved by the ethics committee.本数据集包含<i>Rabggta</i>基因B细胞特异性敲除小鼠及野生型（Wild Type, WT）小鼠的脾脏B细胞转录组数据。其中Rabggta基因条件性敲除（Rabggta-cKO）小鼠与野生型小鼠各包含4例个体样本。所有样本均已通过伦理委员会审核批准。
