Mesenchymal stem cells derived from human bone marrow have multi-directional differentiation potential.There are differences in expression of related genes in the process of osteogenesis induction. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying osteogenesis and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes or down-regulated genes during this process. Samples from human mesenchymal stem cells on the 0,7 days of osteogenic induction were for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.

人骨髓来源的间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells)具备多向分化潜能。在成骨诱导过程中,相关基因的表达存在显著差异。本研究通过基因芯片(microarrays)详细解析了成骨过程背后的全局基因表达程序,并鉴定出该过程中不同类别的上调基因与下调基因。实验选取成骨诱导第0天及第7天的人间充质干细胞样本进行RNA提取,并在Affymetrix基因芯片上完成杂交实验。
