This project collects the sequencing data and assemblies generated for Montipora palawanensis to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics (ASG) Project (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/) from samples supplied by the ASG Coral-Symbiosis Hub (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).本项目收集了针对巴拉望微孔珊瑚（Montipora palawanensis）生成的测序数据及基因组组装结果，以助力其基因组组装与注释工作。本项目作为水生共生基因组（Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics, ASG）项目（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/）的组成部分，所用样本由ASG珊瑚共生中心（ASG Coral-Symbiosis Hub，https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/）提供。本项目产出的数据集需遵循生命之树开放数据发布政策（Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）方可对外公开共享。
