资源简介：
The goal is to investigate the association between microbial difference and mental disorders in patients with IBD as a part of the analysis related with brain-gut axis. The fecal samples from IBD patients and controls were sequenced for microbiome profiling using the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene.
