Brain-gut axis in IBD

The goal is to investigate the association between microbial difference and mental disorders in patients with IBD as a part of the analysis related with brain-gut axis. The fecal samples from IBD patients and controls were sequenced for microbiome profiling using the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene.本研究作为脑-肠轴（brain-gut axis）相关分析的组成部分，旨在探究炎症性肠病（Inflammatory Bowel Disease, IBD）患者的微生物组差异与精神障碍之间的关联。研究团队对IBD患者及健康对照者的粪便样本，借助16S rRNA基因（16S rRNA gene）的V3-V4可变区完成测序，以此开展微生物组谱分析。
