Eight biofilm and activated sludge samples

Take eight samples of activated sludge and biofilm from different operating stages of the system, namely R1 sludge, R2 (Day 50, A2SBR anaerobic biofilm, end of first stage), and R3 (Day 50, O-SBR aerobic biofilm, end of first stage). R4 AMX inoculated sludge, R5 (Day 127, A2SBR anoxic biofilm, end of second stage), R6 (Day 127, O-SBR aerobic biofilm, end of second stage). R7 (Day 207, A2SBR anoxic biofilm, end of stage III) and R8 (Day 207, O-SBR aerobic biofilm, end of stage III)本研究从系统不同运行阶段采集了8份活性污泥与生物膜样本，分别为：R1污泥、R2（第50天，A2SBR厌氧生物膜，第一阶段末期）、R3（第50天，O-SBR好氧生物膜，第一阶段末期）、R4 AMX接种污泥、R5（第127天，A2SBR缺氧生物膜，第二阶段末期）、R6（第127天，O-SBR好氧生物膜，第二阶段末期）、R7（第207天，A2SBR缺氧生物膜，第三阶段末期）以及R8（第207天，O-SBR好氧生物膜，第三阶段末期）
