Quality evaluation of RNA-Seq

There is a representative statistic summary for quality evaluation of the RNA-Seq raw reads (statistical_evaluation_raw_reads.txt). We also provide the correspondences between the sequenced sample ID and NCBI SRA run accession number (run_accession_number.xlsx).本数据集包含一份用于RNA测序（RNA-Seq）原始读段（reads）质量评估的代表性统计汇总文件（statistical_evaluation_raw_reads.txt）。此外，还提供了测序样本标识符（ID）与美国国家生物技术信息中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI）序列读取存档（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）运行登录号之间的对应关系表（run_accession_number.xlsx）。
