Gene expression profile at single cell level of murine macrophages infected with Mtb (-/+ TLR2)

The macrophage is a cellular reservoir for Mtb infection. We profiled BMDM following Mtb infection. Overall design: Murine macrophages (-/+ TLR2) were infected with H37Rv Mtb and profiled by 10X genomics,巨噬细胞是结核分枝杆菌（Mtb）感染的细胞储库。我们针对结核分枝杆菌感染后的骨髓来源巨噬细胞（BMDM）开展了组学表征分析。实验整体设计：采用H37Rv毒株结核分枝杆菌感染Toll样受体2（TLR2）阳性或阴性的小鼠巨噬细胞，并通过10X基因组学（10X Genomics）完成相关组学分析。
