Spatio-temporal dataset for soil organic carbon density mapping across China (2000-2020)

This dataset supports the study of the spatiotemporal dynamics of soil organic carbon density and their environmental drivers in China from 2000 to 2020. It includes:
SOC observations at two soil depths (0-20 cm and 0-100 cm); Environmental predictors, including static variables (e.g., soil type, texture, elevation) and dynamic variables (e.g., temperature, precipitation, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), land cover); Processed time-series remote sensing data; Modeling code
This dataset can be used to replicate SOC models, analyze spatial heterogeneity, investigate environmental impacts, and conduct comparative or extended studies of SOC patterns. All data have been preprocessed and spatially aligned nationwide.
