Food Choice

In this study the main aim is to understand socioeconomic differences in one important aspect of health behavior, namely food choice. A Discrete Choice Experiment is used, where respondents are presented with a number of choice sets, each of which contains two alternatives between which the respondents have to choose.

本研究的核心目标为探究健康行为关键维度之一的饮食选择中存在的社会经济差异。本研究采用离散选择实验（Discrete Choice Experiment）方法：向受访者展示多组选择集，每组选择集包含两项备选方案，受访者需从中完成二选一决策。
