资源简介:
This project investigates the molecular regulation of developmental transitions in the whitefly Bemisia tabaci using an integrative multi omics approach. We generated small RNA sequencing (miRNA), mRNA sequencing (transcriptome), and proteomics datasets across seven key life stages: egg, instar I, instar II, instar III, instar IV, pupa, and adult. Differential expression analyses revealed stage specific regulation involving conserved and novel miRNAs, validated mRNA targets, and corresponding protein changes. Functional annotation (GO and KEGG) demonstrated enrichment in metabolic activation, cuticle remodeling, autophagy, and adult ecological specialization. Stem loop qPCR confirmed miRNA trajectories, and FISH validated miRNA mRNA colocalization. Together, this dataset provides a comprehensive resource for understanding the regulatory architecture of insect development.
