Regional mutation density (RMD) signatures obtained after appling NMF into a matrix of mutation density across 1Mb windows along the genome for 4221 tumor samples. The values provided (NMF exposures) represent the number of mutations that comes from each specific signature in each sample. The exposures are not normalized.
