Literature Analysis: Comparative Law in Germany and the Global South

This dataset accompanies the article “Comparative Law and the Global South Gap: An Empirical Analysis of Comparative Legal Academia in Germany”. It contains five interrelated datasets generated through systematic literature analysis of academic scholarship on comparative law, legal transplants, and sustainable corporate law. The datasets are as follows: Legal Transplants Data (focusing on observed legal transplants in German literature), Comparative Literature Data (focusing on conducted comparisons within German comparative literature), Comparative Authors Data (referencing the Comparative Literature Data connecting it with biographical data on the authors of comparisons with the Global South), Sustainable Corporate Law Data (maps references to foreign legal systems and comparative reasoning in German-language debates on sustainable company law), SCL Scoring (referencing the Sustainable Corporate Law Data and providing a scoring matrix to quantify the engagement with different legal systems). Each dataset contains metadata and qualitative coding to facilitate further analysis. Together, they offer empirical insight into epistemic hierarchies and comparative engagement between Germany and the Global South in legal scholarship.本数据集配套于论文《比较法与全球南方差距：德国比较法学界的实证分析》。本数据集包含通过对比较法、法律移植（legal transplants）与可持续公司法领域的学术成果开展系统性文献分析所生成的5个相互关联的子数据集，具体如下：1. 法律移植数据集（Legal Transplants Data）：聚焦德国学术文献中记录的法律移植实践；2. 比较法文献数据集（Comparative Literature Data）：聚焦德国比较法学术文献中已开展的比较研究；3. 比较研究作者数据集（Comparative Authors Data）：关联上述比较法文献数据集，补充与全球南方开展比较研究的作者的生平信息；4. 可持续公司法数据集（Sustainable Corporate Law Data）：梳理德语语境下可持续公司法议题讨论中涉及的域外法律体系引用及比较论证内容；5.
