Whole genome sequences of Capnocytophaga sp. isolates from dogs and cats.. Capnocytophaga

The strains Capnocytophaga sp. were isolated from oral cavity of dogs and cats in Osaka, Japan. Some of the strains harboured beta-lactamase genes and/or antibiotic resitance genes.从日本大阪地区的犬与猫口腔中分离得到了二氧化碳噬纤维菌属（Capnocytophaga sp.）菌株，部分菌株携带β-内酰胺酶基因和/或抗生素耐药基因。
