Open water microplankton of the northern Adriatic

Based on long-term microscopy data, this study uses new methodology in studying phytoplankton diversity in the Northern Adriatic. In this study, we used metabarcoding as a new tool in describing phytoplankton diversity of the Northern Adriatic.本研究基于长期显微观测数据，采用全新研究方法开展北亚得里亚海海域浮游植物多样性研究。本研究同时采用宏条形码（metabarcoding）技术作为新型工具，对北亚得里亚海海域的浮游植物多样性进行描述。
