The relationship between Menopause and Metabolic Syndrome: Experimental and Bioinformatics Analysis

GSE2208 data sets analysis using GEO2R. (P‑value <0.05 and |logFC|≥0.585 ). Data of GSE2208 are based on the platform of Affymetrix GeneChip Human U133A microarrays and obtained from gene expression profile of ~14,500 genes in nine premenopausal (50.0 ± 3.1 years old) and 10 postmenopausal (52.0 ± 1.7 years old) healthy women. The ID column represents microarray probe identifiers.本研究采用GEO2R工具对GSE2208数据集开展分析，筛选阈值设置为P值（P-value）<0.05且|logFC|≥0.585。GSE2208数据集基于Affymetrix GeneChip人类U133A微阵列（microarrays）平台，其数据来源于9名绝经前（年龄50.0±3.1岁）与10名绝经后（年龄52.0±1.7岁）健康女性的约14500个基因的基因表达谱（gene expression profile）。数据集中的ID列代表微阵列探针标识符（probe identifiers）。
