The Student SOM Survey 1994

This is the second study in the collection of Student-SOM surveys. The aim of these studies is to shed light on opinions and habits of the student generation of today. The questionnaire was divided into seven parts: mass media; politics and society; energy, nuclear power and environment; Sweden and the rest of the world; leisure-time activities; background; and study programme. It was mainly a replication of the questionnaire used in Student-SOM 1993. Additional questions dealt with the respondent´s opinion on newspapers publishing names in connection with crimes and accidents; Sweden´s future relation to the European Union; and the rights of various ethnical groups to look after their interests. For a number of various things like porno movies in television, flogging, mosques, homosexual teachers, etc. the respondents had to state if they were of the opinion that it should be allowed or not. The question about choice of political party was put in two different versions; half of the respondents were asked about the probability that they should vote for a particular political party during their lifetime, and the rest were asked about the probability that they should vote for a particular political party at the 1998 general election.

To find out how students feel about their education and the social environment at the University of Gothenburg

本研究为Student-SOM调研系列的第二项调研（Student-SOM Surveys）。该系列调研的核心目标为深入阐明当代青年学生的观念与行为习惯。本次调研问卷共分为七个模块：大众传媒、政治与社会、能源、核电与环境、瑞典与世界其他地区、闲暇活动、个人背景以及修读专业。问卷主体复刻了1993年Student-SOM调研所使用的问卷框架，新增问题则围绕以下议题展开：报纸在报道罪案与意外事件时披露当事人姓名的做法、瑞典与欧盟（European Union）的未来关系，以及各少数族群维护自身权益的权利。针对电视播出色情影片、鞭刑、清真寺设置、同性教师任教等多项议题，受访者需表明自身是否支持相关行为合法化。关于政党选择的问题设置了两个不同版本：半数受访者需回答其终身投票支持某一特定政党的可能性，剩余受访者则需回答其在1998年瑞典大选中投票支持某一特定政党的可能性。

调研目的：了解学生对哥德堡大学（University of Gothenburg）的教育教学及校园社交环境的评价与感受。
