This study investigates the microbial community present in the human urine of patients with recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Using 16S rRNA sequencing, we characterized the bacterial composition and diversity in urine samples collected from affected individuals. The findings from this study aim to enhance our understanding of polymicrobial interactions in rUTI and their potential role in disease persistence and treatment resistance.

本研究针对复发性尿路感染（recurrent urinary tract infections，UTIs）患者的人体尿液菌群开展调查。研究采用16S rRNA测序技术，对受试患者尿液样本中的细菌组成与多样性进行了表征分析。本研究所得成果旨在加深学界对复发性尿路感染（rUTI）中多菌群相互作用的认知，以及其在疾病持续存在与治疗耐药性方面潜在作用的理解。
