Supporting data for “Investigation on the host factors that are associated to the immunogenicity of influenza vaccine”

Plasma samples had collected from 30 volunteers before influenza vaccine injection, and 7 days, 30 days, half-year, one year after vaccination. The antibody affinity of HA and other poteins of influenza A virus had been measured. And virus neutralization titier also had been tested. Metabolite content of plasma samples also had been collected to observe Immune-related metabolic responses in volunteers.

本研究收集了30名志愿者在流感疫苗注射前以及注射后7天、30天、半年及一年时期的血浆样本。对流感A型病毒血凝素（HA）及其他蛋白质的抗体亲和力进行了测量，并测试了病毒中和滴度。同时，收集了血浆样本中的代谢物含量，以观察志愿者体内的免疫相关代谢反应。
