Inoculate CM wild-type tomatoes with four cotyledons with root knot nematodes, collect tomato root tip tissue from 0-36 hours, and use the root tips of wild-type tomatoes as a control. Six plants were combined into one repeat, and three repeats were used for degradome.采用根结线虫（root knot nematodes）接种携带四片子叶的CM野生型（wild-type）番茄，于接种后0至36小时采集番茄根尖组织，并以未接种的野生型番茄根尖作为对照。每1个生物学重复由6株植株混合而成，共设置3个生物学重复用于降解组（degradome）分析。
