In this study, Illumina high-throughput transcriptome sequencing technology was used to analyze the differential expression genes between the interaction group LB and the control group LCK when Qingyan 1 root interreacted with GL18 bacterial suspension or sterile water for 12 h under 4 ℃ low temperature stress. It was speculated that the normal growth and development of Qingyan 1 under low temperature stress promoted by GL18 is a result of the integration of multiple pathways, in term of regulating endogenous hormone metabolism, secondary metabolite synthesis and photosynthesis.本研究采用因美纳（Illumina）高通量转录组测序技术，分析青源1号在4℃低温胁迫下与GL18细菌悬液或无菌水相互作用12小时后，互作组LB与对照组LCK之间的差异表达基因。研究推测，GL18可促进青源1号在低温胁迫下的正常生长发育，该效应通过整合多条通路实现，具体涉及内源激素代谢、次生代谢产物合成及光合作用的调控。
