A .bed file containing the coordinates of the targeted exome regions for snowshoe hares based on the European rabbit (oryCun2.0) genome. The capture was originally designed by Jones et al. 2018 (linked in references).<br><br>We targeted all protein-coding and untranslated regions (UTRs) annotated in the European rabbit reference genome and novel UTRs identified from published molting snowshoe hare skin transcriptomes (total of207,691 regions, 55.29-Mb) (Ferreira et al. 2017, linked in references). Custom probes were generated by Roche (NimbleGen SeqCapEZ Developer) using a relaxed probe design. The final capture probe set covered 97.4% of originally targeted bases (&gt;99% of protein-coding genes) and included 213,164 probes covering 61.73-Mb (~25-Mb protein-coding, ~28-Mb UTR, ~9-Mb intron/intergenic).<br>
